Delivery on all British Mobility Healthcare Products is FREE when the order value is over £100.
Every Mobility Scooter & Power Chair has Free Delivery AND Free Setup. Many other companies deliver in a box and assembly is required, at British Mobility Healthcare we strive for excellence in customer service so all of our mobility scooters and power chairs are delivered ready to drive. Many makes and models are available on a next day delivery if the orders are received by 3pm. For those not on a next day service our usual delivery time is 48-72hrs from order.
All Rise & Recliner Chairs and Adjustable Beds are Delivered Free. These can be bulky items and if you wish we can install for a fee of £90. Most chairs and beds are available ex-stock on a 48-72hr delivery, Celebrity Furniture work on a ZIP Speed service for us, and any colour can be ordered on approximately a 10 working day lead time.
All orders under £100 will be subject to a £3.95 Postage and Packaging charge, we choose the most appropriate method of delivery based on cost and environmental issues, we strive to deliver all items within 48-72 hours however delays may occur extending the period to 5 days. Any extended delays will be advised as soon as they become apparent.
Warranty
All of our products come with a one year "back to base warranty" included. Should any warranty issues arise then please advise our customer service line at which point we will advise of the applicable returns procedure.
Should you require an extended two or three year warranty then we would be pleased to organise this for you. We are also able to offer breakdown cover.
Our Guarantee
We give a "no quibble" 7 day money back guarantee on all of our products purchased on-line. If you are not satisfied by your product you may return it to us in its original packaging, unused, for a full refund. If the product has been used or is damaged we may charge an appropriate fee. We can collect the item subject to a collection fee to cover transport and administration costs.
